Order and Delivery
All pricing will be displayed in your local currency until you checkout. You will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate. Lit Collagen Australia process all orders in AUD.
Shipping fee for both domestic and international will automatically be calculated during checkout based on the weight of the parcel and destination.
All orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday only.
All orders received by 11:59pm AEST/AEDT will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email. This email includes the freight provider’s name and your order tracking number. It may take a few hours before your tracking details are available from the courier’s website.
Please keep in mind that orders can be held up due to public holidays or customs delays.
Shipping within Australia may take from 2-7 business days, with an additional 2 days for rural deliveries.
We use Australia Post’s eParcel service and can deliver to your home address, work or PO box anywhere in Australia. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel. If there’s no one home, a notification card will be left and your parcel taken to a nearby post office for you to collect.
We offer international shipping to most countries from Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the zone.
Custom import fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.
Lit Collagen Australia has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.
When you purchase online from https://www.litcollagen.com, your delivery will be completed by Australia Post.
We take the utmost care with packaging our products to ensure they’re safely delivered to you on time from Australia Post.
If you experience any issues or delays with your delivery after receiving your tracking number, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 for the latest update. If you’re having troubles engaging with Australia Post, please contact email@example.com so we can immediately assist. We will do our best to assist where we can. However, please bear in mind that Lit Collagen Australia has no control on the logistical service(s) provided by Australia Post and therefore hold no responsibility for the logistics.
Change your order
If you have made an error with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number immediately, so we can rectify it before your order is shipped.
If your order is confirmed and sent before we receive your email, we are unable to amend the changes.
Cancel your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please forward your purchase order email with a request to cancel it to email@example.com by 11:59pm AEST on the day of your order. Due to processing, we're unable to cancel your order after this time.
Missing or incomplete orders
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your order hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame or arrives incomplete.
